About this course

Nowadays IT is one of the fastest increasing spheres and it's attracting more and more professionals, who desire to transfer to this prospective field. The level of digital services and products are increasing, simultaneously the needs of the professionals, who will manage these processes. By their organized work these specialists provide the results that the companies want to achieve.

The main purpose of Product Management course is to prepare specialists, who will build and manage the products, as well as organize its releases, value proposition and pricing and lunching. 

The participants will get up to date on all the essential skills and learn the fundamentals of product management and ownership that is necessary to become a product manager and be successful in this role.

  • who want to become a product manager
  • who is new to the role of a product manager and would like to expand the knowledge and improve the relevant skills
  • who is a private entrepreneur developing his/her own product (or are planning to do so)
  • who is employed in related roles (graphic designer, project manager, business analyst) and would like to better understand the role of a product manager.

The main stages of the program

1. The course implementation (36 hours) detailed description of the course

2. Visit to IT company, acquaintance with the working environment, meeting-discussion with the specialists participating in the programming lifecycle

3. Demonstration of Projects

4. Final testing

5. Qualification issuance

6. Links with employers (* For the full program participants having high performance)

The main Results
In the end of the program the participants will:

  • understand the role of a product manager
  • learn about basic software development concepts, required for the role
  • understand the importance of stakeholder management and learn useful techniques
  • learn writing product user stories, create a product backlog and product roadmap.

Intermediate (B1) or above level of English language

Anush is experienced product manager who in banking and IT fields has more then 20 years’ work experience. She worked in HSBC Bank for 19 years on different leadership roles, including project management and IT transformation; implementation of flagship IT systems; management of the team of software developers, business analysts and project managers; ownership of IT products; as well as people management, development, coaching and training. 

Now Anush works in IT industry, at Energize Global Services, as a Product manager partnering with one of the largest European FinTech companies.
