He worked as a Marketing specialist in such companies as Yell Extreme Park, Ameriabank etc. Since 2019 he is the head of digital marketing at acba bank. During these years he has completed 20+ Digital marketing campaigns for 10+ Armenian companies as a freelancer. He is also guest lecturer of marketing at ASUE, RAU and does webinars for SMEs: Digital marketing, Websites and SEO.

Gegham posseses ToT (training of trainers, 2021) certification.
