Project Management Professionals are in a very high demand nowadays. The PMP® certification is the leading project management certification around the globe and across industries. Now including predictive, agile and hybrid approaches, the PMP® certification proves project leadership experience and expertise.
The training course is designed for those who desire and are eligible to obtain (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
Outline of the program
The course will cover all project management knowledge areas and processes, formulas, charts, trends and practices and will build a strong foundation in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management for the new PMP® exam.

The three domains cover the value delivery spectrum, including Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid approaches: 

  • People—emphasizing the soft skills you need to effectively lead a project team. 
  • Process—reinforcing the technical aspects of managing projects. 
  • Business environment—highlighting the connection between projects and organizational strategy.

Program Requirements
Upper Intermediate-Advanced level of English language  
PMP® certification exam requirements
Before you take PMP® exam, make sure you meet the following sets of PMP® Certification requirements:
  • A four-year degree
  • 36 months experience of leading projects
  • 35 hours project management education/training (covered by this course) or CAPM® Certification 
  • A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
  • 60 months experience of leading projects
  • 35 hours project management education/training (covered by this course) or CAPM® Certification
40 hours, 20 classes, 3 times a week, 2 hour classes
Program start: February 8
Tuesday, Thursday (18:30-20:30), Saturday (13:00-15:00)
The main Results
  • Students will learn the skills to successfully lead, execute, and deliver projects in line with global project management best practice
  • Students will earn the required 35 hours of project management education/training to take the PMP® certification exam
  • Based on this training course students can pass CAPM® exams as well®
