JULIA VARDANYAN
HRM Professional, Corporate Trainer, Author of HRM books, Founder of “Bvik” Educational Foundation
Julia is an HRM specialist with over 12 years of experience and a trainer with more than 16 years of expertise. She has worked with several large companies in Armenia, specializing in leading and managing large teams.
Julia conducts training on a variety of topics, including management skills, oral and written communication, conflict resolution, stress management, time management, teamwork, and team leadership.
As the author of the first three Armenian-language books on Human Resource Management, Julia consistently emphasizes the importance of a manager’s administrative and soft skills, as well as their character and behavior, in fostering effective teamwork and achieving company goals. A firm believer in the value of continuous education, Julia is currently furthering her knowledge at the University of York, England.
ANNA KONJORYAN
Anna is an HR professional with many years of experience, currently working at Amiot Bank as the Head of Corporate Culture.
She is also a trainer in soft and leadership skills topics, having participated in a number of training programs, such as: Chartered Management Institute (CMI Level 5, 6, 7) – UK, Creativity Workshop – Florence, Ericsson Coaching (Module 1 and 2) – Armenia.
Anna conducts trainings on situational leadership, delegation skills, performance management, team management, effective time management, teamwork and many other topics.
Anna Konjoryan is the founder of the Ignite Creativity educational platform, the author of the biographical book “Verelq”, as well as a columnist on the topic of creative thinking on the Staffmedia platform, who is currently also working on the creation of her second book on the topic of creative thinking.

Kristina brings over 10 years of experience in the education sector. She has led significant projects, including the Seroond Project, which helped hundreds of students develop social-emotional skills.
Kristina has also been deeply involved in higher education reform, collaborating with Erasmus+ Armenia, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, and the Council of Europe.
With training in Transformational Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Eastern Philosophies, Kristina excels at creating environments where teams thrive, creativity flourishes, and productivity drives continuous growth.
