Development programs
In collaboration with various international and local organizations and foundations, Quick Start implements development programs that promote the equal development of communities and social groups, ensuring equal educational opportunities for all.

In cooperation with the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Armenia, as part of the 'Support to Tourism Development' 2023 program, we conducted a training course focused on human resource development for hospitality sector employees in the Lori and Tavush regions.
The program benefited both beginner and experienced professionals from the hospitality sector in Lori, Tavush, and surrounding areas.
The goal of our collaboration with the Jinishian Memorial Foundation was to help participants digitize their businesses, unlocking new opportunities for income generation. As part of the 'Digital Skills Development for Women Entrepreneurs' program, we conducted business skills training for young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 in the Gegharkunik, Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Syunik, Kotayk, and Vayots Dzor regions of Armenia.

The 'Women Programmers' project, implemented in partnership with AGBU, aimed to increase women’s involvement in the IT sector. Participants from various regions of Armenia and Artsakh took part in the program. Over the past three years, we have trained more than 200 beneficiaries in IT professional fields such as QA, IT Project Management, React.js, Node.js, PHP, Product Management, and UI/UX. Notably, 67% of the participants are now employed in leading IT companies.
