Anna is an HR professional with many years of experience, currently working at Amiot Bank as the Head of Corporate Culture.
She is also a trainer in soft and leadership skills topics, having participated in a number of training programs, such as: Chartered Management Institute (CMI Level 5, 6, 7) – UK, Creativity Workshop – Florence, Ericsson Coaching (Module 1 and 2) – Armenia.

Anna conducts trainings on situational leadership, delegation skills, performance management, team management, effective time management, teamwork and many other topics.

Anna Konjoryan is the founder of the Ignite Creativity educational platform, the author of the biographical book “Verelq”, as well as a columnist on the topic of creative thinking on the Staffmedia platform, who is currently also working on the creation of her second book on the topic of creative thinking.
